Ideal for 2 adults and 2/3 children, this splendid flat is just a 4-minute walk from the main Chavannes ski lifts and ski lessons.
The heart of the resort is just a short walk away, with restaurants, shops and children's entertainment provided by the tourist office. Its location and annexes make it ideal accommodation for a family holiday without the use of a car.
On the second and penultimate floor of a residence with lift, it comprises: an entrance hall with plenty of storage space, a spacious shower room with Italian shower, a separate WC.
An open-plan cabin with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 120 x 190cm) for 2 adults or 4 young children.
A bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed and storage space.
An open-plan kitchen combining modern design and practicality, and fully equipped with oven, microwave, 4-burner hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.
A living area with a convertible corner sofa (140x200 mattress), TV, wifi fibre (coming soon, in the meantime an Airbox 4G is available),... opening onto a large terrace with views of the village and mountains.
In addition: a garage in the residence, a ski cellar with a 5-pair boot dryer, a ski rack and a bench, and a shared bike room in the residence.
A wide range of additional services (ski pass delivery, extra cleaning, home chef, caterer, etc.) available on request.

Garage access: the access ramp is located on the far left of the residence. The main door opens with the blue remote control provided upon your arrival. Garage A205 is located on level 1, on your left as you descend.
The key box code will be provided once the security deposit has been paid.

Check-in is contractually scheduled between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm: one of our team members will meet you at the property, carry out the check-in inspection and answer any questions you may have about the accommodation and your stay.
