Located between the Mont-Chéry cable cars and the La Colombière community center, 150 meters from the shopping street and 80 meters from the Mont-Chéry cable cars, and 300 meters from the departure point of the Chavannes cable cars. The Petit Train is 50 meters away. Unobstructed views of the Chavannes slopes and the village. A single-car garage is available. Free Wi-Fi. South-facing. Electric heating.
