Apartment Marianne - LES GETS: in the center and at the foot of the slopes

The Marianne apartment stands at the very heart of the Les Gets village resort, in one of the most privileged locations, offering immediate proximity to a range of amenities, ranging from distinguished shops to refined restaurants, not forgetting the ice rink, spa, renowned ski school and welcoming Tourist Office.



Ideally positioned at the foot of the ski slopes and mountain bike trails, the need to use your vehicle disappears, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your stay in complete peace of mind, whilst easily exploring the surrounding area on foot.



The Marianne apartment, located at the top of a brand new residence, designed with great elegance, which was delivered during the summer of 2023, welcomes you with a clear panoramic view of the slopes from its top floor.

With a generous area of 134 m², it offers a vast space comprising 4 bedrooms and a charming mountain corner, able to accommodate up to 12 guests.



From the entrance, an atmosphere of discreet luxury emerges, with a reception hall that houses a laundry corner equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, separate toilets, as well as a corridor leading to a bright living space of 43 m², facing south-east.

The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine, …) opens harmoniously onto the dining room and lounge. From there, 2 large bay windows open onto a 12 m² terrace offering an unobstructed panoramic view of the slopes.



The night space has been designed with meticulous care:



Four double bedrooms, each equipped with a television, desk space, private shower room and en-suite toilets, welcome you in absolute comfort. Three of these bedrooms are furnished with Queen size beds 160X200, whilst the 4th offers a bed of 160X190.



A charming mountain corner with 2 bunk beds, that is 4 single beds of 80X190, and its adjoining shower room. It should be noted that this space is specially arranged for the wellbeing of the youngest and not for adults.



Additional details to note:

- Towels and bed linen are provided; beds are made upon arrival.

- By renting the Marianne apartment, you can benefit from a cleaning service during your stay.

- Free wifi connection covers the entire accommodation, allowing you to stay permanently connected to your digital needs.

- The apartment comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, 2 ski lockers, as well as a cellar.

- Out of respect for our guests, the apartment is reserved for non-smokers and our four-legged friends are not admitted.

- A deposit will be requested upon your arrival.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find ski-in/ski-out access, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
