- In summer, thanks to the tennis court, heated swimming pool overlooking the Chavannes slopes and Lac des Écoles, just 100m away.
- In winter, thanks to the surrounding snow-covered landscapes and the Chavannes ski slopes at the foot of the residence, you can ski in and out of the residence.
Free shuttles are available close to the residence.
