Shops are located on the ground floor of the residence. E4 on the tourist office map. Central heating. Free Wi-Fi. Sheets and towels included in the rental. Laundry room in the basement equipped with a washing machine and dryer, plus storage shelves for all apartments in the residence.

DESCRIPTION: Entrance to the fully equipped kitchenette (small refrigerator, 2 electric hobs, oven, microwave, extractor hood, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, upper and lower cupboards with plenty of dishes) - Living/dining room with 1 double bed + 1 single sofa bed, bay windows opening onto a balcony - 1 bathroom (sink, toilet, bathtub) - Pets not allowed.
