Globalement déçu par la préstation

Problème avec la borne pour récupérer l'accès à la chambre, le code de réservation ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons appeler à plusieurs reprise le service d'assistance qui à répondu au bout de 3 appels. L'interlocuteur n'étais pas très aimable. Il n'y avait qu'une seule serviette dans la chambre alors que j'ai réservé pour deux personnes. Globalement déçu.
