Apartment in a Chalet in a beautiful Residence over Prarion's ski slope for 4/5 people. Peaceful sourroundings.
This is one of the best located apartments with superb views of the Mont Blanc's Chain from the balcony.(See the photos).
INDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL in the Residence.
On the slopes in winter, starting point for hikes in the summer, the apartment comprises a living room with kitchen corner, double bedroom (cm140x190), loft with two single beds, bathroom, independent toilet, balcony. Swimmimg pool, TV, open parking included in price. Les Houches is located 6 km from Chamonix and at Les Houches is taking place the Ski's World Cup.
During the summer sport fishing in the beautiful Lake of Chavants at the feet of the residence.
Optional rental linen and towels. With your notebook free WiFi connection at Tourist Office.
SPA near the lake, thermal baths at St. Gervais.
In winter snow tires (or chains) highly recommended.
In winter, crampons on shoes are also recommended because, due to the strong temperature differences between day and night, the small streets could be slippery.

Five stars location, views, equipment and host

The apartment is in a great location; you can ski in and out and it's really close to the telecabine. It's clean and well equipped and has an amazing view of the mountains. The ceiling on the mezzanine is a little low but no problem for our family of five. Communication with the host was great and the greeting when we arrived was lovely. We would definitely come again. Thank you!

L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© avec accĂšs direct Ă  la piste qui descend directement sur la tĂ©lĂ©cabine du Prarion. Nous Ă©tions 5 adultes ou grands ados. Le logement est en tout point conforme Ă  l’annonce. L’accueil par la dame qui nous a remis les clĂ©s est excellent. TrĂšs arrangeante aussi bien pour l’arrivĂ©e que pour le dĂ©part. Et en 10 minutes de voiture, vous ĂȘtes au tĂ©lĂ©phĂ©rique de l’aiguille du midi ou au train qui mĂšne Ă  la mer de glace. Excellent sĂ©jour.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Mont Blanc

Wir waren zu dritt eine Woche im Sommer zum Bergwandern in Les Houches und mit der Ferienwohnung super zufrieden - wirklich komplett ausgestattet, sehr sauber, Parkplatz vorhanden und zu Fuß 5min zur Bushaltestelle, 15min zum Bahnhof. Zum Supermarkt <10min mit dem Auto. BĂ€cker fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar 5min. Wirklich toll ist der Blick vom Balkon auf den Mont Blanc. Der Balkon ist groß genug, um draußen zu essen. Die Wohnung ist hell und ruhig. Die Anlage hat ein Schwimmbad, das wir allerdings nicht ausprobiert haben. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr angenehm - Mara ist sehr nett und reagiert umgehend auf Fragen. FĂŒr EV-Fahrer, an der Schnellstraße Chamonix - Les Houches im Tal gibt es zuverlĂ€ssig funktionierende 300kw LadesĂ€ulen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Appartement bien situĂ© aux pieds des pistes et des tĂ©lĂ©cabines du Prarion. La rĂ©sidence est de bon standing. Belle vue depuis le salon. L'appartement permet de loger une famille de 4 personnes. Attention tout de mĂȘme Ă  la mezzanine qui est trĂšs basse de plafond : pas trĂšs pratique pour des adultes ou de grands enfants car il n'est pas possible de se tenir debout. La proximitĂ© de Chamonix est un plus. Juste un bĂ©mol : l'Ă©clairage est insuffisant dans la piĂšce de vie et la chambre. Il serait bien d'ajouter des sources d'Ă©clairage supplĂ©mentaires car c'est assez sombre.

La vue de l'appartement est magnifique et l'accĂšs aux tĂ©lĂ©cabines se fait skis au pieds ! TrĂšs belle expĂ©rience.
