This newly built, stand-alone chalet comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests. Belle des Neiges is perfect for both families and groups. The chalet is an excellent choice for those seeking easy access to great skiing and is also ideally positioned for summer bikers and hikers.

**The Location**

Chalet Belle des Neiges is located at the bottom of the Ailloud home run, offering direct access to the Les Houches ski area via the Prarion lift, as well as bus links to other ski areas and villages of the Chamonix Valley. In summer, its proximity to the start of famous walking trails, such as the Tour du Mont Blanc and Chalets des Charousse, provides direct access to spectacular hiking.

A 2-minute walk takes you to Chavants Lake, where you’ll find a lakeside café/restaurant, a bakery, a bolted climbing wall, tennis courts, a children’s playground, and a beautiful wooded area for gentle walks. In winter, the Chavants Lake area offers cross-country skiing, a children’s ski area with ski school run by ESF, and a sledging area. Just a 10-minute walk from the chalet is the Grange d’en Haute, a luxury spa and restaurant.

The village of Les Houches is a 3-minute bus ride away or a 15-minute flat walk. Here you will find all the amenities you need, including two supermarkets, numerous restaurants and bars, a pharmacy, boutique Savoyard shops selling local cheese and wine, gift shops, an outdoor ice rink in winter, a local cinema, and more.

Easy access to Chamonix via a 10-minute car or bus ride allows you to enjoy all the facilities this popular mountain town offers.

**The Details**

The chalet spans four floors. The ground floor includes a large private garage with an electric vehicle charging point, boot dryers, and ample space for skis and bikes. This level also features a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a spacious cinema room with a wireless projector, ideal for evening entertainment after a day on the mountain.

The first floor opens onto a modern open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with direct access to a generous balcony and covered outdoor seating area with stunning mountain views. The living room features tasteful furnishings, ample seating, a wood-burning stove, and a curved Smart TV, making it perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped, making Chalet Belle des Neiges feel like a home away from home.

The second floor has three spacious bedrooms, all configurable as doubles or twins. The master bedroom includes an ensuite with shower and toilet and a walk-in closet. The family bathroom offers a bath, separate shower, and independent toilet.

On the third floor, in the eaves, is a room with three single beds—an ideal cozy hideout for children or a quiet space for larger groups. Decorated with families in mind, it can also function as extra sleeping space for groups.

Chalet Belle des Neiges also has a landscaped garden with breathtaking mountain views, perfect for relaxing in summer or building the perfect snowman in winter.

**What’s Included**

Self-catered bookings with Alpes Agency include linen and towels based on standard guest configuration. Additional linen for sofa beds is available for €25. Rates also include end-of-stay cleaning and the local *taxe de séjour*, granting access to a Carte d’Hôtes for complimentary local train use and museum discounts.

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Late arrivals may incur extra charges. Pet fees apply where permitted: dogs €15 per night, cats not allowed in any Alpes Agency properties.

Confirmed bookings include access to a private guest area and digital property guide, with optional extras like flowers on arrival, hampers, high chairs, cots, local beer from Big Mountain Brewing, airport transfers, ski hire, games packs, and more.

**Payment Terms and Cancellation**

A 10% deposit confirms the booking. The local tourist tax of €4.60 per adult per night is added. The remaining balance is automatically charged 30 days before arrival.

Cancellations via email up to 30 days before arrival receive a full refund; within 30 days, bookings are non-refundable. A temporary €500 damage deposit is taken on arrival and released at check-out.

Chalet Belle des Neiges is part of a three-chalet development next to the Prarion lift and is the first completed. Noise is minimal, and prices are reduced by 20% while finishing touches are completed.

As a guest of this chalet, you'll find ski-in/ski-out access, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Les Houches chalet is smoke free.
