You will be charmed by its spacious living/dining room opening onto a large terrace with mountain views. The separate kitchen, with breakfast nook, is perfect for convivial moments.
Ideally located between Chamonix and Les Houches, it's a perfect base for exploring the different areas of the Chamonix valley while enjoying a peaceful stay.

Enjoy a comfortable and cosy stay in this magnificent 168m² chalet spread over three floors.
Ground floor:
- Welcoming entrance hall
- Master double bedroom with super king size bed (200cm x 200cm ) and en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, wash bassin and toilets)
First floor:
- Large living and dining room, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains
- Separate, fully equipped kitchen
- Double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom (bath, wash bassin and toilets)
- Separate WC
Second floor:
- Two double bedrooms with queen size beds sharing a bathroom (bath,shower, wash bassin and toilets)
- Cosy TV corner and office area, ideal for working from home or relaxing
Please note that the fireplace is not usable
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.
