We propose you to enjoy a moment of serenity in our family apartment with a view on the Mont-Blanc, located at 5 minutes from the departure of the slopes and the Tour du Mont-Blanc.
The apartment, with a surface of 29,5 square meters, is ideal for a young couple, a family with children and is also accessible to people with reduced mobility.

It consists of :

- a large entrance with two bunk beds and a single bed
- a large living room and kitchen, with a very comfortable sofa bed (no sofa bed)
- a fully equipped kitchen : dishwasher, induction cooker, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster... and raclette and fondue machines for your gourmet evenings
- a fully renovated bathroom with Italian shower, integrated toilet and washing machine
- a large balcony with a table, chairs and a view on the Mont-Blanc chain
- garage on request or free parking within 500 meters
You will also have at your disposal groceries, cleaning products and cosmetics (shower gel, shampoo, soap...) 100% organic.

The accommodation is exclusively NON-SMOKING!

The surroundings are very calm and the atmosphere is warm in this large mountain chalet of a former hotel residence. The residence is less than 500 meters from the Prarion cable car and the free shuttle bus for your trips in Les Houches and to Chamonix (about 20 minutes) stops at the entrance of the residence.

We ourselves regularly use the accommodation and therefore wish to have particularly respectful and careful tenants.

Close to the famous ski resort of Chamonix, famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and its region are much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
