Newly renovated 180sqm family chalet ideally located in Taconnaz, between Chamonix and Les Houches. Take full advantage of the spectacular views in all seasons, and the living spaces to gather with friends and family around the fireplace, ping-pong table or jacuzzi. A wide range of kitchen equipment to make the most of Savoyard flavors. This property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and 6 children. Welcome home!
This property is spread over 3 levels as follows:
> Ground floor: double garage; ski room (rack and boot warmer) for 12 people, laundry room (washing machine and dryer, extra fridge); refuge room with 3 bunk beds and en-suite shower room (double washbasin, toilet) to accommodate up to 6 children
> Garden level: fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, blender, etc.) open to the dining room; living room with fireplace and 160cm TV (good Wifi) with access to the outside including the Jacuzzi (6 PAX max), the terrace, and the 800m2 garden. A guest toilet completes this level.
> 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with QueenSize bedding and view from the bed each; an en-suite shower room; a bathroom for the other two bedrooms; separate toilet
