The Space:

Experience the perfect mountain stay in this recently built chalet (2014) in the heart of Les Houches, Chamonix Valley.

Whether you're visiting with family or friends, this 5 bedroom chalet offers luxury, comfort and convenience. All beds can be set up as singles or doubles to accomodate all group configurations.



Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with Italian showers and two of the bedrooms also have relaxing baths. After a day in the mountains, enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi (new in 2024) or take in the breathtaking views from the large terrace.



Kids will love the entertainment room under the garage with a foosball table, video projector and games console - perfect for cosy evenings.



The chalet is ideally situated on the hedgerow of the baby ski slope at Le Tourchet, making it perfect for learning to ski at a reasonable price. At night, it transforms into a superb sledging area! A skating rink is just a short walk away for even more winter fun. Situated on a quiet street, you'll enjoy the tranquillity while still being close to all the action.



The village of Les Houches is just a 5 minute walk downhill (10 minutes uphill) where you'll find everything you need - grocery store, restaurants, wine bars, ski rentals, tourist office and more. The bus stop is also close by for easy access to the wider Chamonix valley. Parking for 3 cars outside the garage. Chamonix ski resorts all within easy reach: Les Houches 5 mins drive, Brevent/Flegere 10 mins, Grands Montets 20 mins, Le Tour 25 mins.



The main living area has an open plan kitchen with all the facilities for preparing meals, a large dining table and a comfortable lounge area for relaxing by the fire. There's also a spare room in the basement with a sofa bed, ideal for extra guests (please note this room has no windows).



Whether you're skiing or just soaking up the tranquil mountain atmosphere, this chalet is designed to provide an unforgettable alpine experience for everyone - even non-skiers.



Guest Access:

The chalet will have full and exclusive use of the chalet for the entire lenght of their stay. The neighbours are permanent residents : we thank you to respect them and to keep noise level minimal after 10pm.

Friendly neighbourhood in Les Houches, village that has the Family Label by France Tourism. Walking distance to all commodities: Supermarket, butchers, tourist board, pharmacy as well as bars, restaurants



Getting Around:

Self Check-in using a keybox code, although our team remain available to assist you at any time!



Other Things to Note:

In Winter, you'll need snow tyres to access the property. La Route de la Griaz, which you need to take to get to the chalet, is fairly steep.

This chalet offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
