You will also find a fully renovated open kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals, featuring induction hobs, a combination microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a shower room with toilet provide a comfortable space. Upstairs, a bright attic-style mezzanine with a skylight accommodates two 90 cm beds and offers storage.
Enjoy the large terrace with an electric awning to savor a barbecue with local products or simply relax with a drink in the evening.
A parking space reserved for residents is available for your convenience.
