3 bedroom villa connected by a cycle path to the most beautiful beaches of the Atlantic (300m), in the heart of a pine forest. Contemporary architecture, large living room on the ground floor opening onto a terrace and a private garden, separate toilet, large closet, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet. Possibility of fitting out the rooms into twin beds (90X200) or double beds (200X200 in the parents' room). Reserved parking, fully closed property (access code in the evening), adjoining the Club Méditerranée de la Palmyre. Many activities nearby: golf (9 and 18 holes), horse riding, walking, cycling, tennis, sailing, surfing, kite, zoo, golf restaurant on site, spa 15km ....
New construction and equipment. Beds made on arrival, towels provided and cleaning included. A large TV on the ground floor, a TV in the parents' room. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, microwave, oven, 3-burner hob, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. Heater. No washing machine or dryer. Hair dryers in the bathrooms. No wi-fi. Pets not accepted. Non smoking rental. Closing dates: May 15 to November 15, 2017. Capacity: from 6 to 72 people. Minimum stay: 5 nights outside school holidays or 7 nights during school holidays.
