On the 2nd floor: living room-kitchen area, pantry, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 140x200 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. 1 private parking space. La Lulitière is located in a rural setting on the edge of the forest and the Croset stream. At the crossroads of the Alpine valleys leading to Albertville, Chambéry or Grenoble, it is a base camp of choice for discovering the massifs of Belledonne, Chartreuse or Bauges, without forgetting the Valley of Oils. The Alpespaces business park is also 3km away. Ideally located in the Combe de Savoie, in the heart of a peaceful country village, welcome to La Lulitière, a former café in the hamlet of Bourbières. It is on the 2nd floor of this country house that Alexandre and his family have set up a cocoon under the roof. You will appreciate its two beautiful bedrooms with exposed beams, the calm that reigns in Les Mollettes and the bi-weekly passage of the baker's/grocer's van.
