Cocoonr is offering to rent this attractive 43 m² house with terrace, located in a 4* residence in the heart of Les Orres resort!
The residence is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and the ski lifts of Les Orres 1800. You can take advantage of its shared relaxation area: swimming pool, hammam and sauna!
This flat sleeps up to 6 people and comprises a living room, fully-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a shower room. Private parking.
Swimming pool, sauna and steam room in the residence.
Sheets and towels extra.

The house :
Ground floor:
- Living-dining room with sofa, TV. Dining table for 6 people. Superb views over the valley.
- Small fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, oven and raclette machine.
- Large storage cupboard
- WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 200 cm and storage space. Balcony.
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (sleeps 2) and sofa bed that converts into a double bed. Cupboard space.
- Shower room with shower, washbasin, storage space and WC.

Outside:
- 12 m² wooden terrace with garden furniture, ski locker.
- Private numbered underground parking space for one car 150 m from the house.

Shared areas :
- Outdoor swimming pool heated in winter. It is open from December to March and from late June to early September.
- Sauna and hammam in the residence
Opening dates and times are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.

Nature lovers, sports enthusiasts: skiing, snowshoeing, hiking in winter or mountain biking and board sports on Lake Serre-Ponçon in fine weather, this is the destination for you! In the heart of a larch forest, you'll enjoy a vast ski area in winter, the unmissable Bike Park in summer and hiking trails where families, friends and sports enthusiasts can enjoy outdoor activities. This fast-growing resort offers a wide range of activities in summer: pony trekking, swimming pool, paintball and summer tobogganing to suit all ages.

Public transport :
- Shuttles from Paris, "Navettes Blanches" from Marseille and Aix-en-Provence and shuttle from Embrun station.
- Chorges station 35 km away, Embrun 17.6 km.

Other comments:
- Work is underway to build a hotel close to the residence (approximately 50 to 100 metres away). This work, which is being carried out between April and November, when Les Orres resort is not open, will continue during the 2026, 2027 and 2028 summer seasons. The work may cause occasional noise and visual disturbance.

Tout est propre, en très bon état, la literie de bonne qualité, et ca c'est rare 😊 et en prime une super belle vue de la terrasse 😍 Super bien équipé, il y a tout et même les condiments et papiers wc bref vraiment une belle surprise ! Petit bémol avec la télé qui avait rendu l'âme, mais le monsieur (jonathan) qui s'occupait de notre arrivée nous en a prêté une, et a été très dispo pour nous ! Vraiment une belle experience. Merci beaucoup!"

Le Soleil des Orres "très beau chalet propre et équipé pour 6 personnes idéalement placé pour un départ ski aux pieds. le casier à ski se trouve sur la terrasse du chalet ce qui est très appréciable, on part a ski et on arrive à ski directement sur la terrasse. la piscine et le SPA de la résidence sont top et très propre, il faut juste savoir que c'est fermé le Samedi ce qui peut être embêtant lorsque l'on vient juste pour le weekend. Laurence de l'agence est très sympathique et accueillante, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Encore merci"

Le Soleil des Orres "Super logement avec casier personnel a skis et terrasse qui donne sur les pistes! L'accueil de Laurence était parfait. L'appartement rend encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Seul bémol, des voisins un peu bruyants le soir et la nuit - malgré l'intervention de notre hôte, ils ne se sont pas calmés. Comme souvent dans les logements de montagne, l'isolation phonique pêche un peu!"

Le Soleil des Orres "🙂 Apparemment très propre proche du centre le logement était très bien 🙁 Pour monter à notre chalet tout était verglacer on a failli tomber plusieurs fois ma femme et mon fils ont vraiment eu du mal il faudrait mettre du sel ou casser la glace et pour le hammam et sauna il y avait un groupe de slovène qui était nue devant les clients mon fils et ma femme ça c'était vraiment inadmissible"

Le Soleil des Orres "L'appartement correspond à la description et aux photos, il est agréable à vivre et bien équipé. Les échanges avec l'agence ont également été fluides. Le seul point négatif pour nous dans ce logement a été la literie. Le lit en 160 avait un matelas extrêmement dur, nous avons donc eu du mal à dormir. Nous avons testé également le convertible mais le matelas était fin et tout gondolé, donc difficile aussi de dormir correctement. Dommage car le reste de l'appartement est top !"

Il manquait les condiments de base pour cuisiner : sel, poivre, huile, et un torchon pour la vaisselle."
