Un peu déçue. Escalier beaucoup trop raide et dangereux pour acceder a l'étage. Lit dans le salo. Manque des lattes. Propreté de l'appartement moyen et un peu vétuste. Position de l'appartement tres bien.Village des Rousses tres agréable par contre obligation de reserver si on veut manger au restaurant ou visiter le fort des rousses.Dans l'ensemble un bon sejour.

En arrivant, nous avons été surpris du logement niveau propreté, appartement assez vieux. Beaucoup de toile d'araignée dans la mezzanine, l'odeur en arrivant était très désagréable (tabac froid et renfermé). Pourtant dans la description c'etait noté un logement non fumeur et nous sommes non fumeur. Le lieu est assez bruyant car il y a un bar en bas. Quand on vient en famille et que l'on entend les fêtards même avec les fenêtres fermés, pas facile de dormir dans la nuit. Le lit d'en bas nous a fait très mal au dos.

Une superbe région. L'appartement n'était pas très propre: beaucoup de poussière et la proximité du bar rendait le séjour bruyant. Sinon excellent accueil de la part de la propriétaire

vacances aux Rousses du 31 mai au 7juin 2024

L'appartement est bien placé au centre du village , avec une belle vue sur la Dôle .La propriétaire est accueillante, par contre une odeur d'égout en rentrant dans l'appartement et qui c'est atténuée au fil des jours. la lunette des w c cassée ,( voir d'autres avis ) que je pensais réparée, les alèses et oreillers sales et ,couvertures poussiéreuses , les wc , lavabo, baignoire étaient propres , appartement un peu vieillot quant à l'escalier pour monter à la mezzanine un peu raide mais conforme à la description de l' annonce. nous en avons fait part à la propriétaire..

Super séjour aux Rousses !

Nous avons passer un super séjour aux Rousses, l’appartement est idéalement placé en plein centre du village et sans bruit. Nous avons très bien été accueilli par Christiane, l’appartement était très propre et la cuisine bien équipée nous reviendrons l’année prochaine !

Bilan séjour Les Rousses

Equipements de qualité médiocre voir absents (ciseaux, nécessaire de repassage...). Chasse d'eau toujours non réparée tout comme la lunette des toilettes. Chambre située en mezzanine avec échelle plutôt raide, situation que nous n'avons pas vu dans les photos de l'appartement. Réfrigérareur plaque électrique obsolets. A ppartement à ne pas recommandé pour personnes agées.

Région agréable mais appartement vieillot et mal entretenu

Très belle région. Appartement très bien situé au centre ville des Rousses dans une rue calme. Par contre cet appartement laisse à désirer car non entretenu : chasse des WC en mauvais état, abattant des WC cassé, plaque chauffante de la cuisine sale , lattes de lit cassé ou qui se déboîtent. On nous a demandé à 3 reprises si la location avait été payée. Pas d’eau chaude en arrivant.

Appartement qui dépanne pour 2 ou 3 jours.

Appartement bien placé mais pas très propre et aurait besoin d’être modernisé et mieux équipé. Et surtout un rideau de douche dans la baignoire car pas pratique pour prendre une douche sinon.
