Located on the coast, a 10-minute drive from the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne, in a secure residence with two swimming pools and a parking space.

The apartment includes a bedroom with two 80 x 190 cm beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a living room with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed, and a television opening onto the terrace and kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher, an induction hob, and a multifunction microwave. Free fiber optic Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
Two heated swimming pools (open from April to the end of September, weather permitting).
