Quiet vacation rental, nestled in a charming little pedestrian street in the heart of the picturesque Chaume district. Soak up the authentic atmosphere as you stroll through the typical streets to reach the quay and the channel, just 400 meters away on foot. All other shops as well as the ferryman leading to the large beach are also accessible at the same distance.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room with open kitchen, as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs, a welcoming bedroom with a 140 cm double bed awaits you, also offering access to a small bedroom equipped with two 80 cm bunk beds.

The equipment included in the rental will allow you to fully enjoy your stay: refrigerator, gas hob, grill/microwave combination and washing machine. Additionally, pets are welcome to make your vacation even more friendly.

For your comfort, different options are available at an additional cost: possibility of benefiting from a cleaning service at the end of your stay (€50 + €1 per m²), rental of bed linen (€18 per pair of sheets) and towels.
