The main beach is also just 200 meters away, allowing you to reach the seaside in minutes. Even the train station, located one kilometer away, remains easily accessible.

This warm and functional house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan kitchen and living room, a truly pleasant living space for sharing meals and relaxing moments, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, the house offers a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds, designed to accommodate children or guests, and an alcove leading to the bathroom with toilet and access to a small outdoor terrace, ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

The apartment is equipped with practical amenities to ensure a pleasant stay, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a four-burner stove with an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a television, and free Wi-Fi.

Tellement bruyant ! Tellement pollué !

Nous aurions VRAIMENT apprécié avoir eu connaissance en amont du fait que la maison est située sur le boulevard le plus passant des Sables d'Olonne et pas seulement "dans un quartier animé" comme le dit l'annonce : camions, voitures, motos (sans double vitrage) quasi incessamment jour et nuit sans possibilité d'ouvrir la moindre fenêtre sinon c'est l'asphyxie assurée par les pots d'échappement, l'impossibilité de prendre le moindre repas fenêtre ouverte et bien entendu de dormir sans protections auditives ! Qui plus est, la présence mitoyenne d'une pizzeria n'arrange pas le problème : ouvrir une fenêtre est la garantie de respirer la pause cigarette des membres du personnel d'un côté et celle des clients de l'autre ! Par ailleurs pour la maison : pas de couette ni pour lit double ni pour lit superposé ; maison assez vétuste dans son ensemble (lave linge rouillé, pare-douche fêlé, etc. ; pas assez de couvert ; pas de casseroles ; aucun mot de bienvenue ou de renseignements sur les commodités et commerces alentour comme il est de coutume et de bon aloi, sans parler bien entendu des activités proposées par la station balnéaire. A déconseiller pour une famille qui souhaite le calme et le bon air.
