It includes a living room open to a balcony with sea view, equipped with a comfortable 160 sofa bed, a coffee table, an armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a TV screen and WiFi.



The open, functional and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and numerous storage spaces.



Bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and hairdryer. Separate toilet.



Night side: a double room with a 180 cm bed (2x90), headboard, bedside tables, wardrobe and small desk.



The south-west facing balcony is equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing facing the ocean or enjoying a coffee in the sun.
