ROSE Vacances offers you this family house in the heart of the city of Les Sables d'Olonne, just a stone's throw from the main beach and all city centre shops.
A two-storey house that can accommodate up to 5 people.
This house is the ideal place to get together with family or friends!
On the ground floor, the accommodation consists of a functional and well-equipped living area with a sofa, armchairs, table and chairs, a television and an independent toilet.
This room overlooks the street on one side and a small private outdoor courtyard on the other.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped: oven/microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine... As well as a washing machine. Access to the outdoor courtyard.
Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 140 cm bed including a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The sleeping area also includes a room with two 90 cm beds with its wardrobe and a third bedroom with a 90 cm bed and its chest of drawers.
A bathroom with shower, washbasin unit, and toilet complete the floor of this holiday home.
Big plus: a parking space between the accommodation and the port!
