Welcome to this lovely 115 square metre house, offered by ROSE Vacances, a comfortable and bright accommodation located in Les Sables-d'Olonne in the Le Hameau des Pins neighbourhood, close to the beach and local shops at Les Présidents.



With its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people.



You will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay: Wi-Fi connection, television, large dining table, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, L'Or coffee maker and many other amenities.



On the night side, you will find a bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms upstairs, they are all equipped with comfortable beds and wardrobes, two of them have an en-suite bathroom. You will also have a cot available if needed.



The house has a lovely secluded and sunny garden with garden furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing moments with family or friends.



The house has a private parking space in front of the house and a space in the external car park of the residential area. You can also enjoy common facilities such as the outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September).

An electric vehicle charging point is available (€15 charged per charge).
