Located on the 6th floor of a secure residence with a lift, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the bay and immediate access to the beach and shops.

A large, bright living room with a bay window overlooking the ocean, equipped with a large sofa, TV, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs.
A separate, fully equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine.
A first bedroom with a double bed (140) and storage.
A second spacious bedroom with a double bed (180) and superb views of the channel and La Chaume.
A modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, washbasin, storage unit, hairdryer.
