Situated on the embankment of Les Sables d'Olonne, this flat is ideally located as everything is within walking distance: beaches, Lac de Tanchet, local shops, supermarket, bakery, butcher's, pharmacy.



You'll enjoy a lovely kitchen/living room area with a 180cm sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs, WiFi and connected TV, opening onto the balcony, offering a breathtaking view over the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne.

The balcony has garden furniture, ideal for breakfast overlooking the sea.

Open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen: microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, induction hob (X2), citrus press, coffee machine (Nespresso + Magimix)...

On the night side, there's a small bedroom with 90cm bunk beds, a storage cupboard and a TV, ideal for children!
