Located on the 2nd floor of a small co-pro with elevator, this apartment of 50m ² with balcony is exposed West on the living room and balcony, facing the beach, and East, on the bedroom, very quiet (Large bed 2x1 , 60m for 2 people). The capacity of accommodation is 2 people (no sofa bed in the living room). No pets allowed. At 100m, bakery, Carrefour Market, newspapers, fish shop and bus stop. Downtown 15 minutes walk, very nice walk to the wild side and lake. All the interior redone as the furniture, It has a beautiful living room and kitchen (completely redone in 2016), a separate toilet and a bathroom with washing machine and dryer.
The city center is 15 minutes walk. All necessary for a great stay and parking, secure, very important summer.
