Come and stay in this lovely studio, ideal for your next holiday! Its main asset: an exceptional location with breathtaking views. At any time of day, you can enjoy a refreshing swim, a morning stroll on a still-deserted beach, or even a jog at sunset.
From breakfast onwards, settle onto the sunny balcony to savour the moment. A plancha is at your disposal to extend culinary pleasures throughout the day.
Located directly on the promenade, the studio is in a lively neighbourhood, animated in the evenings, with numerous restaurants to vary your culinary delights without needing to venture far.
Upon arriving in the studio, you will find the living space with first the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine as well as all the utensils necessary for cooking.
You will also find the dining table, the lounge with the sofa and a television, then access to the balcony.
For sleeping arrangements, the double bed is located in the cupboard above the sofa. You simply need to lower it and the bed will unfold easily (140x190 cm). You also have a retractable bunk bed in the cupboard opposite the sofa, which opens in the same way and provides two additional single beds of 90x190 cm.
A bathroom is also available in the accommodation as well as an independent toilet. You will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a small iron there.
A private bike storage space in the garage is available for storing up to 4 bikes. This is door number 21.
For parking, there is no private parking space available. You will therefore need to park on neighbouring streets.
Traffic is regulated by the city during certain periods of the year. On May weekends as well as Sundays in June, July and August, the area is closed to traffic from 12pm to midnight. On 14 July, an exceptional closure applies from 6am to 2am.
From January to April as well as from November to December, traffic is prohibited on all Sundays and public holidays from 12pm to 6pm. Finally, in September and October, the closure applies to all Sundays from 12pm to 8pm.
These restrictions may impact accessibility to the accommodation during arrivals, depending on the times and periods concerned, as they are imposed directly by the city.
