Located in La Chaume, a former fishermen's district of Les Sables d'Olonne, we offer you this 23m2 studio on the first floor of a house for a stay for 2.
You will be charmed by its narrow streets and its market, and will find a pleasant atmosphere along the port. Thanks to the Passeur, you cross the port in a few minutes to reach the Remblai and its large beach.
The studio consists of a large living area, with a fully equipped kitchen, with a 3-burner induction hob, a traditional oven and a microwave, a combined fridge-freezer, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a toaster.
The dining area consists of a high table and its high chairs. On the lounge side, to relax and sleep, you will find a large sofa bed, a coffee table and a television. A lovely bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC completes the accommodation.
Public parking is free.
For more comfort, the studio is fully air-conditioned.
