Cher client, La propagation du covid-19 nous a contraint à fermer temporairement les portes de notre hôtel. Nous avions préalablement averti notre clientèle de cette décision difficile à prendre. Les coordonnées téléphoniques que vous aviez renseignées lors de votre réservation ne nous ont malheureusement pas permis de vous joindre. Nous avons également tenté en vain de contacter Expédia concernant votre réservation, et ce à plusieurs reprises. Compte tenu de la crise sanitaire actuelle, il aurait été souhaitable que vous cherchiez également à nous contacter avant votre séjour. Lorsque vous avez enfin pris contact avec nous, avec un numéro de téléphone différent de celui initialement communiqué, nous vous avons immédiatement indiqué une solution de relogement à proximité et nous avons averti l'établissement partenaire de votre venue. Solution de relogement à laquelle vous n'avez a priori pas souhaité donner suite. Vous aviez sélectionné pour ce séjour un tarif annulable et remboursable, sans collecte d'arrhes par l'établissement. Comme vous n'aviez pas été prélevé, aucun remboursement n'était nécessaire. Nous comprenons toutefois votre mécontentement et restons désolés de la gêne que cela a pu vous occasionner. En espérant avoir l’occasion de vous proposer une meilleure expérience dans notre établissement lors de votre prochaine visite des Sables d’Olonne. Bien cordialement
