Great place to stay for family and friends of all age groups!

This villa is very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms.Not always possible to find an en suite on the ground floor for a 92 year old! Quiet location. Beautiful scenery. The only slight annoyance, no towels, so come prepared! Luckily our friends living nearby provided us with them! Would recommend this villa which has the bonus of a swimming pool, for the warmer weather, boules area and table tennis space. Thank you Jean Michael Michaud for providing a welcoming home!!

Maison correspondant a la description faite. Juste, un voisin en face, assez proche de la piscine, mais qui ne nous a pas dérangé. Nous avons passé un excellent moment en Famille. Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem ruhigen, gerĂ€umigen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet auch fĂŒr eine grosse Gruppe. Ein Plus ist der beheizte Pool. Sehr gut gelegen um direkt vom Haus aus Wanderungen zu machen.

Belle maison, bien situĂ©, bien Ă©quipĂ©. Cependant les points nĂ©gatifs dit dans les commentaires prĂ©cĂ©dents sont toujours prĂ©sents (transats pas en nombres et abĂźmes, odeur de fosse, chaises abĂźmĂ©s, marque de saletĂ© sur la ligne d’eau, frigo vieillissant,
) De plus la personne qui vient entretenir la piscine 3 fois par semaine ne prĂ©vient pas de sa venu. Point positif: maison vraiment adaptĂ© pour le nombres de couchages ainsi que pour tout Ăąge. Plusieurs activitĂ©s proches du lieu d’habitation

TrÚs chouette expérience

La maison est super spacieuse et adĂ©quate pour 12 personnes. Les literies sont confortables. Dommage pour la climatisation non fonctionnelle et qui n’en est pas vraiment une, ce serait de sols refroidissants. Avec les tempĂ©ratures que nous avons eu, la piĂšce de vie est montĂ©e Ă  27degrĂ©s. Piscine bien mais bĂ©mol pour les siĂšges qui n’étaient pas tous opĂ©rationnels et pas un siĂšge par personne. Heureusement que les enfants n’en utilisent pas un chacun. Petite prĂ©cision Ă  apporter dans votre annonce, les commerces les plus proches se trouvent Ă  10 minutes en voiture. TrĂšs belle rĂ©gion, Beaucoup de choses Ă  voir si on prend le temps de faire beaucoup de route. Les dames « concierges » sont disponibles au besoin et arrangeantes.

vive les vacances !

super séjour, l'environnement était entourés de maisons proches de la villa un petit ménage de printemps aurait été beaucoup plus agréable car les certains placards étaient encore remplis d'aliments et du coup il y avait des mites alimentaires de plus étant accompagné d'une personne ùgée, cette personne a du rester sur la terrasse ou dans la maison car il manquait des poignées permettant de descendre de la terrasse et d'aller dans la piscine (les marches étaient trop hautes pour garder son équilibre) pour la piscine, nous sommes tous tombés dans les escaliers car les marches étaient hautes, glissantes et petits en largeur, et il n'y a pas de rampe de descente, la température de 25° était fort appréciable l'entretien des espaces verts et de la piscine, étant effectuer par Christelle qui a trÚs bien fait son travail DolorÚs nous a bien conseillée sur les coins a visiter malgré tout ces petits défauts nous y retournerions volontiers l'année prochaine

TrÚs contente de notre séjour dans cette maison. Spacieuse et propre . Juste quelques petits bémols ( des verres ébréchés , tiroirs des armoires cassé) je recommande. Parfait pour partir en famille.

Points positifs . Taille de la maison , literie , linge de lit propre , vaisselle suffisante Points NĂ©gatifs . Maison non climatisĂ©e (plancher rafraichissant ) trĂšs diffĂšrent d'une climatisation , et a l'Ă©tage juste un ventilateur , donc dĂ©ception +++,plaque de cuisson 2 feux fonctionnent sur 4 ( signalĂ© a notre arrivĂ©e ) odeur de fosse septique sur la terrasse ce qui dĂ©sagrĂ©able pour manger sur celle ci , propretĂ© des sanitaires a revoir ( porte de douche rouillĂ©e , joints salles ) Piscine taille suffisante et bien sĂ©curisĂ©e , ce pendant la moitiĂ© des transats sont inconfortables ( ont bien vĂ©cus ) Le liner a bien vĂ©cu aussi (il est vert sur le tour , signalĂ© a la pisciniste lors de notre arrivĂ©e , Nous Ă©crivons ceci pour informer les futurs clients . Notre sĂ©jour c'est bien car nous Ă©tions en famille et c'Ă©tait notre prioritĂ©. La vĂ©rification des lieux serait peut ĂȘtre utile .

Heel fijn vakantiehuis

Het huis heeft alles om een leuke vakantie door te brengen in de Ardeche. Er is voldoende keukenservies om zelf te koken, ruime plaats binnen en buiten om te eten, klein maar leuk zwembadje. Petanquebaan , pingpong tafel en een zéér rustige ligging ook fijn om wandelingen te maken in de buurt

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in großartiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gerĂ€umig. Die Ausstattung mit beheiztem Pool, Tischtennisplatte und sogar PĂ©tanque ist großartig. Les Vans ist 10 Autominuten entfernt. Im Umkreis gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zu Wandern, Höhlen zu besuchen und die Natur zu genießen.

TrÚs bon séjour

La villa de Jean-François est trÚs bien aménagée avec une superbe vue. La cuisine est propre est bien équipée, la literie est bonne et tout est là pour nous faire passer de bons moments, pétanque, ping pong, molky et surtout la piscine :)
