Baie Longue Beach House: Terres Basses

Baie Longue Beach House is a wonderful, West Indian style home with lovely arches on the seaside is located directly on Baie Longue Beach in Terres Basses with over a mile of shimmering white sand. The home was completely renovated in 1996 and in 2003 has had more extensive renovations including a new portico entryway, extended living area and an indoor/outdoor bar overlooking the pool area.

Baie Longue Beach House has three air-conditioned bedrooms each with their own en-suite baths. All three bedrooms open out to a covered gallery that runs the full length of the villa. Two of the bedrooms also open into the main living areas of the villa.

Baie Longue Beach House's large open-air living/dining room offers direct access to the covered gallery. Outdoors there is ample space for covered dining and enjoying the wonderful ocean view. The music system has speakers in almost every room as well as outside. Marble floors throughout this villa give this Caribbean rattan and antique furnished home a very comfortable feeling.

A large swimming pool between the villa and Baie Longue beach is a wonderful place to relax and spend the day lounging.

Facing the sea and surrounded by lovely gardens the villa is within walking distance of the beautiful La Samanna Hotel and just a 10-minute drive to restaurants and shopping.

family beach holiday

Property was great and perfect for my family. Simple but well maintained and everything you need for a great beach vacation. As advertised on one of the most beautiful beaches in St.Martin. Outside deck and pool area perfect for relaxing while looking at ocean or eating outside. nice common living room with TV which came in handy as we were there during college football playoffs Kitchen has all you need and more and easy to operate. Hosts really help you out with initial supply of essentials and spices. Really appreciate that first day we had eggs, coffee, milk and bread as well as a gift basket with wine and champagne Even had luxury of housekeeping service daily and someone to maintain the pool. Both of these people so nice and helpful. Also the concierge was very helpful with questions I had and helped me get a prepared catered meal for new years eve The only negative is beach is bit rocky out front to swim but only in edge of water not beach. However walking 5 or 7 minutes down a beautiful beach to swim is really nothing to complain about. Also gate access to community a bit of a pain and they should give a fab that you can stay in your car besides this I really have to search for any constructive criticism I am in hospitality business so I can be picky and this was great property with hosts that know how to set you up and everything clean and working. Location super beautiful.

Baie Longue Beach House was an amazing property! We and are friends loved staying here. The beach view from our own swimming pool was magnificent. We would absolutely stay here again.
