Room was clean and spacious. Lots of communal space to sit for a change of scenery in the evening. Friendly and approachable staff. Great stay!

The staff was courteous. The hotel is underresourced. No ice. No real food to eat in Bjorli when it is not ski season. Breakfast bar was excellent. The staff will do anything they can, there just aren’t that many services available. Be prepared going in. To be fair, this was truly the off-season.
