Hotel was great, never had a problem finding a good parking spot. Check-in was easy, staff very helpful & polite. My room was clean & quiet,hot water available the entire time and my bed was comfortable. I had a great meal in the Firestone restaurant, good service. Check-out was also speedy. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Lethbridge.

Maids were good the women at the front desk was gone for long period of times waited for over 30 min even asked one of the maids to find this person suppose to be behind the desk asked for some explanations got a rude attitude from this so called worker be ware of front desk scams
