Because of my job I've worked all over the province of Alberta and there is no comparison to the friendliness and respect that the manager displays everyday without fail. He does not hesitate to assist you no matter what the request is. He is genuinely engaged in conversation and is always smiling and greets you everytime you pass his desk

The hotel is remodeling, some doors were blocked off. Homeless person came into "Free Breakfast" and helped themselves. Bathtub needed a good clean, sop ring visable.

Stayed at the hotel 12 years ago and was extremely satisfied with the property. However after 12 years the property has significantly deterred to lack of maintenance or upgrading. As I recall the property catered to families however did not notice any families presently and appears to cater to working individuals. Will not be staying at the property any more.

A decent stay,

The staff were super friendly and helpful, went out of their way to make me comfortable. The hot tub wasnt hot maybe room temp at best, i had to ask for towels as clean was out. They have started up grades on suites. Look forward to seeing it finished

Very average, service wasn’t great, breakfast was subpar. Good coffee though. Hotel is old and showing its age. I guess you can’t expect much for $90 a night. I won’t go back.

Poor experience

The pool was very cold, the room we were in had no seal on the door, could visibly look into the room from outside the room. After dark the area where the pool was located was very dark, roughly half of the lights were burned out. Also double charged my account.

Probably just didnt get the best sort of room they had. Lots of noise did enter the room from the pool area. It was -20 so the doors didnt unlatch to open up very easily
