The property was good and clean. When we asked for assistance for our room, they came within minutes. Their continental breakfast was a healthy variety including scrambled eggs and Bacon. The courtyard evening lighiny could be aet on a timer for employee and. Patrons visuon convenience . I rate this as a place to atay for families. And anyone passing through.

Do not stay here. It was the worst possible hotel experience in my life. Broken down dirty, staff barely recognize you are around, 3 days we stayed moved rooms because of a plugged bathtub, shower water wouldn’t drain. Air conditioning unit leaked water on the floor and was soaked up by my daughters bags, no real apology didn’t offer to help move our things, no reimbursement breakfast same every day, nothing fresh, gross fake eggs and boiled eggs sitting in water that were not appealing at all. No phone in our first room, fridge broken in second room, no elevator though it advertised it had one, stinky dusky rooms, small and poor lighting. Pool was large and great water temperature to swim in, never any clean towels, full dirty laundry for days, the one guy told my 15 year old to go to the utility room to get himself towels because he was busy. Hot tub way too hot. Great trails outside of hotel. No closet to hang anything no iron. Super lame hotel. One TV in a family suite with 2 rooms. Run by what appeared to be East Indian family who lived out of the hotel- not approachable. I feel like this place should be condemned.

I normally love going to this place. My kids enjoy the slide and pool, however the pool was so cold this time I couldn't even use it Also, after an outing during the day I came back to my room 234 to find my door had been not completely closed after the housekeepers had fimished up. Thank goodness nothing was stolen but the fact that it was left open was very disappointing to the point I wont be staying the pool

I liked the option to enter my room for the outside or inside, but then the door leading to the stairs was locked/broken. So i had to enter from the front door every time anyways. Having the room over look the pool was very neat and nice. Breakfast was very good. The bathtub was dirty when we arrived. The pillows were very soft, The beds were very used. you could feel a dip in the middle. over all it was a very good stay and I would stay here again.
