The room I was initially assigned had clear damage—the door appeared to have been kicked in previously, the door frame was broken and misaligned, and the door would not lock properly. I reported this to the front desk; while they did switch my room, there was little concern shown about the safety issue. Additionally, the replacement room was not the standard king room I had originally reserved. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was very clean and updated. Right next to the pool which did get a bit loud from visiting hockey team passing through. Manager advised me of this and offered to move room at check in. Love the honesty. Room was on the smaller side but working for me for the price. Very friendly staff.

Staff was great super friendly and nice. It wasn’t the nicest. Bath tub was from the 90s and was chipping and paint was pealing. The heater for the room was as hot as possible or cold no In between and adjusting it did nothing. The beds were on wheels and moved around lots and only one tv for two rooms doesn’t work that well. The pool was cold and not enjoyable at all. In the morning the parking lot was incredibly icy and no salt or sand spread for peoples safety.

Room was HOT, had window open all night and heat turned right down, Very noisy through the night, there were stains on the one bed blanket, everything needs an upgrade very old and not very clean! The front desk were amazing at check in though!!

I cant say enough good stuff about this place. Staff is friendly.. helpful.. efficient. The courtyard is stunning! The pool is clean and warm.. nice hot tub. Great price for the stay. We even had to stay an extra night due to poor weather and they were happy to accomidate.

The manager was awesome. There was a sports team at the hotel and they were noisy and ha gave us a room off in the corner and upstairs. The room was very comfortable, we slept so well.

The breakfast was actually decent! The overall hotel was super affordable. The room looked a little dirty and the door was so hard to get into for some reason. It doesn’t seem like the pool / hot tub gets cleaned very often.. we stayed 3 nights and the same pair of socks, towels & a can was in the same spot the entire time. And not to mention that each time we had to ask for pool towels as there wasn’t any stocked. Also the garbage was heaping full the whole time too in the laundry / ice room. I will say the staff were super nice though!
