We checked into this hotel pretty late in the evening after an event we were attending. Check in staff were friendly enough, but once we got to our room we had concerns. They were very dated and old, but the concern was the people hanging around the parking lot, right outside our rooms, the other guests hanging around outside their rooms, the homeless population wandering around, and the fact that neither door closed and locked properly, and that both our rooms had the windows unlocked and open. We had two rooms and they were both like this. We did not feel safe, as mentioned the door locks were flimsy and not in good working order. We felt uneasy, and actually left and went to a different hotel for the night. I understand this is a basic, no frills motel, but we've stayed in that type many times before, and this just felt off, with bad vibes.

The room is a bit small for a family of four, but it’s quite cozy and has a warm, comfortable feel. However, the bathtub could definitely use an upgrade—it feels a bit outdated. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay if you don’t mind the tight space.

Not enough water pressure. I still have some soap left in my hair. I will be staying someplace else next time. Its in need of some major renovations. Definitely looks verrry seedy in the hall -ways. They definitely need to do some investments. The towels are thin and the bed sheets were stained. I didn't get in the pool 😕 .

Bathtub was filthy so didn't use the shower, could see the build-up of filth in and around the tub. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. My family/friend's room had the same dirty tub. One very thin comforter was provided with a sheet, not ideal for early Spring in Canada...the bedding was more suited for Cuba or Mexico, froze all night with pajamas and a hoody. Eggs in Continental breakfast were extremely overcooked, all plastic utensils and paper dishes so not environmentally friendly. Extremely noisy rooms by the pool, hot tub wasn't working. Wasn't worth $100 for the room. No one asked me how my stay was at checkout.
