Would have liked the refrigerators to have worked colder in both rooms 210 & 204 ! Other than that the hotel was great, well cared for and modern. The breakfast facilities was as great as any we have ever experienced ! Great Hotel ....Great Staff

I really enjoy this hotel we stay here whenever we are in Lethbridge. It is a nice quiet hotel with a decent breakfast. Very clean and staff is friendly.

Stay was ok, we had stayed there before and enjoyed but this time seemed like we had everything a bit off, dirty pillow cases, sheets would stay on the mattress, remote didn’t work, iron board had to be replaced. The hotel looked after some of it but just not what we expected from what we experienced there before.
