30 min after I checked in the housekeeper just decided to enter the room without knocking. She left as soon as she saw I was in the room. Then she came back 15min later and actually knocked this time. I feel it is unacceptable to enter a room without knocking. The shower head, although good pressure, had water spraying all different directions. It obviously needs to have some hard water deposits cleaned away…but the housekeeping service should notice this when cleaning the shower. The housekeeping department either doesn’t seem to care or are not well trained.
