I was disappointed with my experience. When booking online, the main picture for the "1 King Bed, Non-Smoking" room showed a bathtub, and the description also mentioned one. I was looking forward to a warm bath during a cold weekend, but the room had only a standard shower. When I called the front desk, I was told I hadn’t booked the room with the bathtub. After reviewing my reservation, the receptionist confirmed the system showed I reserved a different room. I asked if I could upgrade to the bathtub room and pay the difference, but she informed me the room was out of service, which I found confusing since it wasn’t mentioned earlier. I’m still seeing the same picture of the room with a bathtub on the website, giving the impression it is available for booking. This lack of communication was frustrating and detracted from my stay. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Clean, spacious lobby and friendly, respectful staff who gave us ground floor room because of our mobility issues. Delicious breakfast in clean, bright room. Our room was warm and cozy and quiet to get good sleep at night. We would definitely return to this property.

Well-designed rooms, friendly staff, great location. We had a king room with a fantastic desk/workspace and a fold-out couch, plus both a mini-fridge & sink and separate bathroom/sink areas. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Some definite signs of age though. Low shower pressure, old fixtures and aging coil mattresses. The breakfast was decent but quite typical - nothing unusual but adequate. Overall a good place at a reasonable price, but hope they update a few areas soon.
