I thought the facility was wonderful, the only thing I would comment on for an area for growth was the carpet in our room - it was so dirty / stained I didn’t want my kids sitting or playing on it.

This hotel is ok, th location is great! The beds and ac are great! But if you don't have kids don't stay here! The rooms are loud , at least the ones that face the water park! The pool are is extremely noisy! Not relaxing! No adult time in hot tub ! Very expensive if your not going there for the water park!

Terrible all around. Both tv and internet did not work the entire time we were there. Had a guy come in and out 5 times trying to “fix” it until we finally asked him to just stop. Not to mention how disgusting our room was. The tv was so dirty we wouldn’t have been able to see anything anyways. Bathroom door would not and could not shut. Awesome. They gave us a $20 discount which is a joke.

We stayed in a suite with pool view. Kids had their own room with TV. My wife & I had the other room with TV & kitchenette. One full bathroom with a 2nd sink. Waterslides, wave pool were awesome! Staff was exceptional.

I liked the pool area, the kids loved it and played for hours. Our room faced the pool and it smelled like chlorine when we entered it, but we got used to it and no problems. Front desk was very polite. Only problem is that the qualification for free breakfast is not clear, and we didn't qualify. Otherwise, good experience.
