Would recommend you not stay here. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel by any means but I was just looking for a clean place and nice bed for a weekend trip in Lethbridge. The reviews said this place was that. Upon arrival the suite had a strong musty smell, nothing looked throughly clean and the bed sheets had some stains. The bed itself had a massive dip down the middle and I woke up every single night with back pain. When I complained about the bed they told me that they had no other rooms available so I had to just suck it up. Staff was decent but overall I regret not spending a little bit more money for a more comfortable stay

The GM went out of her way to make the stay an absolutely perfect stay. It was simple, clean, decent wheelchair accessible room, with overhead tracks in both shower and bedroom. More then ample room for me to turn around in the bathroom in my very large powerchair. Comfortable bed, liked the fact no carpets. I will definitely stay there again.

Nothing to complain about the room not the staff more so that it is EXTREMELY noisy. If anything is going on in another room next to you, you can hear it all. We have a toddler and had to blast fans so he could sleep.we had an extremely noisy boys soccer team next to us along with 6 children just running up and down the balcony till 8 pm. Otherwise wasn’t too bad

After checking in we went to bed as it was after midnight. The next day we went out for lunch and came back and put our leftovers in the fridge, we then went to meet up with friends for a birthday celebration upon returning to our room our key did not work so I went to the desk to find out that the night staff didn’t check us in properly and the afternoon clerk went to rent our room out and when the cleaning staff went into our room they saw our belongings and went to report their findings.even though we had made a reservation through Expedia after explaining that we had already paid in full for our 2 night he finally gave us new keys

This motel is very obviously a meth/crack motel, if this is how you are going to operate then you cannot be charging that much per night. The property damaged my vehicle and still have not taken responsibility or had any correspondence despite my three attempts. The pet friendly room is far too small unless you have a hamster, the walls were disgustingly dirty, including the pee wall beside the toilet, the bed cover had stains all over, the blanket had long black hairs all over it. When I wipe the floor with a white, wet cloth, the cloth was no longer white. Do not bring your children here, besides the shady occupants they allow and do not monitor, you will all probably contract something. Absolutely terrible, there are much nicer places for much cheaper prices.
