Friendly staff but subpar experience for sandman

Friendly staff, clean rooms, however the wifi was horrible and the TV's are low quality and outdated which made it feel less like a sandman experience. Some refinishing could be done within the building as well. Overall though, felt comfortable and the staff were great

I always enjoy staying here- usually once a year. love having the restaurant on site and enjoy the atrium with the pool and hot tub. housekeeping was helpful, front desk was efficient. my room was clean-the bathroom was great and i liked both the heated tile floor and the waterfall shower. Great view from our room The sofa bed mattress was very thin and saggy. the reading lights did not work and the side table drawer didn’t stay closed which i was worried I would trip over every time I got up from the bed. I was a bit worried about parking out back, but it was fine and my car started even in the cold temps. I will continue to stay here in the future.

The Italian Table restaurant located at the hotel is excellent! The hotel itself is nice and clean. Rooms are also nice! Overall, very happy with our choice to stay in Lethbridge!

The check in process was great and the staff are nice. The property itself is showing its age in all areas. The room we stayed in was run down and limited supplies in room ie toilet paper coffee etc./paint peeling and just poor lighting and mold /cracked caulking in bathroom. We used the pool and hotub they are nice however quite dated. The building was very loud above us and beside us as well as kids running and screaming at all hours. We will stay elsewhere next visit to Lethbridge. Hopefully they renovate this property soon as we use to really enjoy it years ago. The staff are very nice and attentive.

Oasis!

Such an enjoyable little jungle! King suite was nice and roomy, bed and pillows were great. Superb location in downtown.
