Our room was not ready 1.5 hrs after check in time therefore we were not able to check in until 9 pm due to other commitments we had. There was no effort to rectify the situation and not real empathy about the lateness of their staff. Morning checkout desk agent was the only one who made an actual effort to apologize. For this large of an establishment and the price of the room. Which we did an upgrade and we were not even able to enjoy it.

I booked this hotel for the picture of the pool, hot tub area. I had my granddaughters with me, The pool was very cold and not easy to get into . The hot tub was very hot and also not easy to get into . We arrived early to enjoy the time in the pool . But we only lasted 15 minutes. Very disappointed .

Booked in for a night before medical appointment and ca not complain for anything except the shower tap was a bit confusing to get the temperature right.. A great night away!! I will come again!!
