On my way to Canmore/ Banff

Great wtay for a night on my way to Camore. Very accommodating,friendly, and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable but had a bit of a musty/ smoke smell. The AC unit was also a bit loud and annoying. Other than that it served its purpose and the price was right. Great location for food ,shopping, working out at a gym acroos the street! I am staying again on the way home‼️

Scary location

Room was hot so we tried the ac but it was so loud we couldn’t use. The coffee/tea station in the room was not clean very sticky. The phone in the room didn’t work. The toilet would not flush. The location is very scary, the frontdesk worker suggested we not walk at night.

Awesome! Loved our time 5here!

The hotel appeared new, although we learned it was last updated a few years ago. The entire place sparkled! Friendly, helpful staff. The room was huge, bathroom, too, and with a tub you could actually lay back in! The air conditioner was quiet and worked like a charm. Easy access in the city. Pet friendly. Great hot breakfast. Loved our experience. Easy online checkin and check out!
