Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questa casa dal 13/8 al 18/8 ripartendo con un giorno di anticipo esperienza pessima pulizia pessima oggetti in casa rotti come la tavoletta del water la manopola della doccia tenda esterna e tovaglia.Panorama mozzafiato punto.Nelle vicinanze non c'è niente

Bella ma migliorabile!!

Siamo stati 7 giorni ad Agosto 2 coppie di amici. La casa è disposta vicino a tutto (con la macchina) e dispone del parcheggio in loco con una salita per arrivare abbastanza ripida. Gaetano è una persona molto gentile come anche Luciano, il custode che ci ha accolto. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con la pulizia: abbiamo trovato l'appartamento sporco, con polvere, peli di animale e lenzuola vecchiotte . Abbiamo subito comunicato lo stato dell'appartamento, ma non è stato fatto nulla. Mi dispiace perché per la disponibilità di Gaetano non ce lo aspettavamo, ma a detta del proprietario l'impresa di pulizia non ha fatto il suo dovere. All'interno la casa ha un arredamento antico e a tratti non molto confortevole (divano, letto...). Non abbiamo trovato gli utensili per la pulizia come scopa, detersivi e abbiamo dovuto chiederli e/o comprarli. Confermo che il panorama è bellissimo ed è veramente vicino a Taormina e ai luoghi di interesse principali della zona. Opinione finale: con delle accortezze in più e una bella sistemata, potrebbe diventare una casa confortevole e molto curata, cosa che purtroppo non abbiamo trovato.

Séjour agréable et vue magnifique

Le point fort de cet appartement est incontestablement sa terrasse spacieuse avec une vue magnifique en contrebas sur la cote. De par sa situation en hauteur, il faut gravir une colline pour accéder a l appartement avec une route assez pentue. Nous n avons pas eu de problème pour nous garer bien que l espace de stationnement soit limite et nécessite quelques manœuvres. I L appartement est bien équipé et les pièces sont suffisamment grandes. Les literies ont fait leur temps et mériteraient d être changées. Pour le reste pas de pb. L appartement dispose de la climatisation mais nous ne l avons pas utilisé Bon contact avec Gaetano et Lucianno qui nous a accueilli et guidé a notre arrivée Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Siamo stati in questo appartento per 10 giorni nella seconda metà di agosto e ci siamo trovati splendidamente. Il proprietario è di una cortesia e disponibilità rare. L'appartamento è molto comodo e dispone di tutti i confort necessari a trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. La lieve lontananza dal centro abitato rendono la sistemazione si difficoltosa a piedi (ma se si dispone di macchina non vi è alcun problema) ma piacevolmente tranquilla. Disponibilità di posto auto e giusto 5 minuti di macchina dal litorale. Ideale sia per giovani coppie che per famiglie. Consigliatissimo!!

Fantastica! Impossibile chiedere di più!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dall'8 al 13 Agosto, eravamo 4 amici. Prima di scendere nei dettagli, posso solo dire che non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio, è stato tutto fantastico. La casa dista circa 800 mt dal mare ma si trova un po' in "collina" con qualche bella salita, quindi serve necessariamente la macchina, sia per raggiungere il mare che per spostarsi. Il proprietario ci aveva già informato di questo e per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema. Inoltre abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio dentro la sbarra del residence. Nell'appartamento c'è un panorama da sogno!!! Dalla casa c'è una veduta bellissima sul mare e c'è una terrazza dove si può mangiare fuori. La casa è accessoriata di TUTTO e di PIU' ed è esattamente come nelle foto. C'è la lavatrice, il ferro da stiro, forno, tutte le stoviglie, uno stereo, vaschette porta cibi, detersivi, tutto quello che serve per pulire, ecc. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo addirittura trovato acqua fresca, caffè, latte, fette biscottate, pasta, tonno, sughi.... La casa era pulita, c'erano biancheria per i letti e per il bagno. La camera matrimoniale ed il soggiorno hanno l'aria condizionata. L'altra camera doppia non ha l'aria condizionata ed ha solo una piccola finestra che dà sul soggiorno (anche di questo eravamo stati avvisati). Pensavo questo avrebbe potuto creare qualche disagio, invece la camera era fresca, c'era un ventilatore che addirittura non abbiamo mai acceso. Sia il giorno che la sera si sta benissimo, la casa è fresca e ventilata. Che altro poter dire... il proprietario è veramente una persona gentilissima, cordiale, affidabile, corretta e seria. La posizione è anche comodissima per raggiungere Taormina (5/10 min. di macchina) e per girare questa parte della Sicilia (es. Etna, Torre Faro, Fontane Bianche, ecc.). Straconsigliato a tutti! Magari fossero tutte così le case vacanze!! Laura

location de qualité pour de bonnes vacances à Letojanni

L'appartement est conforme à la description qui est donnée sur le site. il est parfaitement bien équipé et nous avons passé une semaine agréable en profitant de la belle vue offerte par la grande terrasse. Le propriétaire, Mr Lalomia fait honneur à l'hospitalité sicilienne. Il est très réactif aux différentes demandes que nous avons pu lui faire par SMS pendant notre séjour. De Letojanni, nous avons pu à la fois profiter de la plage en contre-bas de la résidence, mais aussi nous promener à Taormine et Castelmola. il est également facile d'accéder à l'Etna et aux îles éoliennes par Milazzo.
