Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area opens into a sun-soaked sunroom, providing a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation while overlooking the sea.

The ground floor also houses two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed, offering a luxurious and restful night's sleep, while Bedroom 2 offers another queen-size bed, decorated to reflect the natural beauty of its surroundings.
