Ça commence par l’impossibilité de contacter l’établissement avant le séjour: pas de réponse au téléphone ni par mail. Ça continue par un accueil qui ne nous indique pas clairement où est la chambre: plus de 20 minutes à errer dans les trois bâtiments de l’hôtel. Aucune signalétique claire. Ensuite, pénurie de peignoirs: aucune information… et enfin un menu de la St Sylvestre à 135.- par personne, que l’on aurait honte de servir dans une cantine d’entreprise: bouillon de nouilles probablement fait à partir de sachets déshydratés, « côte de bœuf » dure comme de la semelle accompagnée de sa sauce industrielle et tiramisu qui ressemblait plutôt à une régurgitation après cuite du 31. Service déplorable… bref, deux jours à 1800 francs bien mal dépensés. Fuyez!

Sehr unpersönlich und nicht zuvorkommend. Es gibt in Leukerbad definitiv bessere Adressen zu faireren Preise ! Das Personal ist ungeschult und überfordert.

Das Preis und Leistugsverhältnis stimmte, ich kann ja nicht zu diesem Preis erwarten, dass mir jemand die Koffer ins Zimmer trägt.. :-) Der Service und auch das Zimmer ist gross und alles sauber. Alles in allem wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen
