Thee days in a mountain paradise.

We had a great time here, and Leukerbad is just amazing. The staff was super nice, and we had fun and friendly interact with Isobel, e anvery nicJimmy and Nuno. The spa area is very nice and the restaurant is top notch. Highly recommended.

Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich finde jedoch, dass es kein 4-Sterne Hotel ist, sondern nur 3. Ein 4-Sterne Hotel wĂŒrde etwas mehr Toilettenartikel wie Duschhaube, Watte fĂŒr die Ohren etc. haben. Ausserdem fand ich jetzt im Wellnessbereich nur Hahnenwasser sehr wenig. Tee hĂ€tte man auch bereitstellen können. Es kam mir so vor, wie wenn die Besitzer gespart hĂ€tten und das wĂ€hrend der Hochsaison. Denn irgendwie war entweder der Boiler kaputt oder sie haben tatsĂ€chlich bewusst das Wasser kĂŒhl gelassen. Meine Kollegin hatte 2 Tage ein kaltes Zimmer trotzdem sie die Heizung auf 30Grad gestellt hatte. Ausserdem musste sie das Spiegelei separat bezahlen beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Also das ist definitiv nicht 4-Sterne reif.

Chambre super, hĂŽtel super, le seul inconvĂ©nient c’est que la salle de bain pas de chauffage donc c’était trĂšs froid. On a pris nos deux enfants une de 10 et un bĂ©bĂ© de deux ans et demi Le deuxiĂšme jour on est allĂ© Ă  la piscine de l’hĂŽtel mais je trouve que c’est pas adĂ©quat pour des enfants car c’est plus un espace dĂ©tente. Mais sinon le reste type top petit dĂ©jeuner super bon le personnel trĂšs agrĂ©able. Je retournerai mais pas avec des enfants.

Séjour dépaysant à LoÚche les Bains

SĂ©jour trĂšs dĂ©paysant Ă  LoĂšche les Bains. AgrĂ©able le 1er soir de pouvoir profiter des bains/spas de l'hotel. L'espace bains spa est trĂšs grand et trĂšs agrĂ©able. L'hĂŽtel est super bien situĂ© et procje de tout ( village, thermes, gare etc). Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait bien mais pas forcĂ©ment le seuil d'1 4 Ă©toiles par contre le serveur trĂšs sympathique et avenant. J'ai eu la chance d'ĂȘtre surclassĂ©e Ă  mon arrivĂ©e pour cause de travaux. Sans ce surclassement j'aurais trouvĂ© trĂšs cher le rapport qualitĂ© prix de ce 4*. Les bassins de bains et le spa sont dignes d'un 4Ă©toiles le reste, la dĂ©co, le mobilier, l'accueil Ă  la rĂ©ception selon moi pas.

Tolles Hotel mit gravierendem ernsthaften Problem

Das Hotel ist in zwei GebĂ€ude aufgeteilt. Zum Baden musste der belebte Platz mit Bademantel ĂŒberquert werden. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die beiden Herren des Restaurants haben uns mit ihrer aufgeweckten und fröhlichen Art den Aufenthalt versĂŒsst. Der Wellness Bereich ist von der Grösse her passend. Jedoch gibt der Schimmel im innern des Wellness Grund zur Sorge. Im Hallend war der Schimmel omniprĂ€sent und im restlichen Teil konnte der Schimmelgeruch sehr deutlich wahrgenommen werden. Angesprochen auf den Schimmel, wurde uns nach kurzem Zögern der Zustand bestĂ€tigt. WĂ€hrend der nĂ€chsten drei Wochen (Betriebsferien) soll der Schimmel beseitig werden. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und hatten eine tolle Grösse. Doch auch hier bildet sich im Badezimmer Schimmel. Der Verputz der WĂ€nde und Decken wellt, was wohl ebenfalls auf die hohe Feuchtigkeit schliessen lĂ€sst. Am Morgen tropft das ĂŒber Nacht an den Fenster gebildete Kondenswasser hörbar auf den Laminat. Das GebĂ€ude hat, soweit wir es beurteilen können, bezĂŒglich dem Schimmel ein grosses ernsthaftes Problem, welches dringend zur GĂ€nze beheben werden muss. Schadenum das tolle Hotel. WĂŒrden gerne wieder kommen, doch bis dahin mĂŒssen die MĂ€ngel behoben sein.
