Travelled with family and small children
We booked the property but there was no information for our checkin. 24 hours before I did not receive any communication regarding checking in. The night before I had to reach our to Expedia and VRBO help. The host that was listed on Expedia and VRBO is a management company but there is a local person managing the property. I had to get the name of the person and reach out to them. The morning of our check in i had to message them regarding check in information. The person met us at the property. The location of the property was amazing!!!!! But the main issue that was really gross was that the toilet was clogged and raw sewage came out into the backyard. My husband had to hose off the toilet paper and human waste into the grass area. The property manager sent someone to unclogg the toilet. But i dont think the waste was ever cleaned from the garden grass area. Im not sure. I didnt go out to the yard again. The waste outlet was also right underneath the bedroom window. I was glad that they were responsive and fixed the clog. There is no air conditioning so it was super hot in July but the location of this rental is amazing.
