Spacious apartment for 5 people, in Levanto town centre; 85 sqm apartment + 15 sqm terrace

The apartment Serena is in perfect, central location. Just 200 m from the beach.
Shops, bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants are within a very short distance. Pharmacy at 50 meters. Bank at 150 meters.

Excellent for families, also with children, or for small groups and two couples of friends.

Very close to the beaches: perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday. Levanto is also the ideal starting point for exploring the Cinque Terre, by boat, with the trekking paths, or, even better, by train.
The station is 750 meters away, it can also be reached on foot in 9 minutes.

There is not a private parking place. However, upon request, we can provide you with a special ticket to park for free in the city of Levanto (only for one car), the cost is 5€ per day. This ticket allows to park in all paid parking places for free.
This ticket is not a private reserved parking; it allows to park for free in the blue lines in the city - with the exception of the parking above the beach, where it's not free, but there is a reduced hourly rate.

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1,50€ per person, per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.

Serena apartment is composed of two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Large kitchen area with open-space living room. Large sofa with peninsula.
Dining table with chairs.

Well-equipped kitchen, hob with 4 burners, oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink, dishwasher.

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023 and is very well equipped.

Fast Wi-Fi, 43-inch 4K Smart-TV, satellite TV channels: Italian channels in HD (TivùSat) and the main free-to-air international channels (from Astra satellite).
In the kitchen there are: microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, Italian moka, toaster, electric kettle.
Good supply of plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans and accessories.

On the first floor, with an elevator.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
