The wider grounds are also a popular venue for weddings, and Heather Cottage sits beside its sister Rose Cottage for those visiting together. Head to the nearby Fife Coast for beaches and the fishing villages of the East Neuk, or drive to St Andrews for some excellent golf courses and historic streets, with Edinburgh and the Highlands also accessible for day trips.
