One bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed (180 x 190 cm). The second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm). Between these two bedrooms is a shower room with a shower, towel warmer, and sink. A third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed (180 x 190 cm). There is also a shower room with a shower, sink, and towel warmer, as well as a separate toilet.

Outside, the grounds are currently being landscaped and include a private, enclosed courtyard with parking for several vehicles and a terrace with a barbecue. At the rear of the house, you can observe a flock of black sheep, sure to delight both children and adults.
