12 Pondview Lane - Condo with elevator and POND VIEWS!

This lovely end unit condominium on the pond in Plantations East is bright and airy with great views! Enter on the ground level and take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor. The great room with living and dining areas are located just off of the large wraparound porch overlooking the pond.

Three bedrooms, all on this level will sleep eight. The primary bedroom with King bed and private bathroom has direct access to the enclosed porch. The additional two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with two Double beds share a full hall bathroom.

Take a stroll around the pond after a day of fun on the beach. Close to Route 1, this property has easy access to Rehoboth and Lewes beaches, shopping, dining and numerous bike trails.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property is NOT pet friendly

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. Had a good time, condo was convenient. Vacuum cleaner needs to be updated. Poor vacuum for sucking up beach sand. Invest some money in a good one. I had to clean it out and then it worked better.

Very nice property but poor resort amenities

Very nice property. The condo was well decorated and comfortable for the six adults in our family. The resort amenities left a lot to be desired however. The community pool was $20 per day per person which is way too high, especially since it was very mediocre. If I had known this, I probably wouldn’t have booked the property since my husband doesn’t like to go into the ocean and really wanted to use the pool regularly. The gym was much more reasonable at $25 for a three member family but the equipment was very old and it was very hot in there. That being said, if you don’t need to use the gym or the pool then I would highly recommend it.
