NEW LISTING!  Newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Sandbar Village.  This tastefully decorated coastal retreat offers an open floor plan with an abundance of natural sunlight.   The primary bedroom features a walk-in closet, private bathroom, and sliding glass doors leading to a balcony.  Two additional bedrooms are located on the far end of the unit adding a little extra privacy.  Amenities include a Community Pool and Fitness Center.   Located within walking distance to The French Bakery, the Georgetown-Lewes Trail, and much more and, best of all, it's just minutes to Downtown Lewes and the beach!

LINENS: This rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.
